Jim Gibbons Celebrates 30 Years with RE/MAX

We are honored to announce that Jim Gibbons has recently achieved 30 years with RE/MAX.

Jim has been in the real estate industry with RE/MAX for 30 years. He has achieved many sales awards throughout his career including the RE/MAX’s Lifetime Achievement Award, earned by only 3% of agents and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, which in 1991 Jim became the first RE/MAX agent from New England to ever qualify for induction. Jim has a very deep understanding of the Stoughton, Canton, Sharon, Westwood, Dedham, Walpole, Norwood, Foxboro, Easton, Medfield markets, having been successful in this industry for so long. “My objective is simple:  sell your house for the most amount of money in the least amount of time. My career as a full-time Realtor began in 1976 and I have over 2100 satisfied past clients spanning 20 communities in Norfolk, Bristol and Suffolk Counties.

In addition to his local market knowledge and his sales achievements, he has lived in Stoughton with his wife, Maureen, for 41 years. They raised 3children together in the area. They now enjoy the happy chaos that comes with having 10 grandchildren nearby.   He is considered a seasoned professional in all the neighborhoods he services.

Welcome Trisha Bowen!

We are excited to welcome Trisha Bowen to our North Attleboro office! 

Trisha joins RE/MAX Real Estate Center having started her real estate career in January of 2013 and with receiving two sales awards in 2015 and 2016.  Her experience and knowledge of the market extends includes many areas such as Foxboro, Mansfield, Norton, North Attleboro, Seekonk, Rehoboth, and Norton. “I made a switch to RE/MAX Real Estate Center because of the leadership and sales success in the towns where I specialize. They provide excellent resources for selling and buying a home, allowing their agents to thrive. They have a long time, well-established reputation for excellence.”   

In addition to her sales achievements and local market knowledge, Trisha has many hobbies and interest within her community enjoying all the benefits of New England living; the beach, hiking and skiing. Additionally, she is an avid reader in a local book club.

Vivian Nelson Celebrates 30 Years With RE/MAX

We are proud and excited to announce that Vivian Nelson, of the Vivian Nelson Group, has recently celebrated her 30th year with RE/MAX. 

Vivian has been in the real estate industry for 38 years and with RE/MAX for 30 years. She has achieved many sales awards throughout her career including the RE/MAX Top Achiever award, and the Lifetime Achievement Award which less than 10% of RE/MAX agents earn. She has lived in Foxboro with her husband Bill for 45 years, together having raised three children in the area. She now has three grandsons. She has a very deep understanding of the Foxboro market having been successful in this industry for so long. “I joined RE/MAX 30 years ago, because agents had the opportunity, and still have the opportunity, to run their own businesses. This motivated me to work extra hard to be successful,” Vivian said. “The RE/MAX concept allows for personal growth and reaching many goals is that sometimes we think are unobtainable.”    

In additional to her many sales award, Vivian has always been a committed member to the local community. She is the former president of the Foxboro Rotary where she continues to be a member serving for the last 20 years. She has worked closely with hundreds of local families of the years, and considers herself to be her clients’ “personal real estate advisor for life.”
