"David sold our house in East Greenwich and we cannot say enough about his professionalism and his efficiency. We are living in a different State and David made it super easy for us arranging visits and upgrades in the house. Easy to contact, he always returns your phone calls. If one day I have to sell a house again I wish David to be the real estate agent. He worth every dollar you will spend for his commission."

"I have conducted business with thousands of people in RI over the past forty Plus years. I met David when I was looking for investment property in 2009. Upon meeting him, I couldn't help but to notice his laser like focus on what I was looking for and what was best for my interest. This immediately noticed dedication is what sold me hook, line and sinker on David. It was obvious that he wanted what was best for his client first and foremost before he even thought about his commission check. In 2010 I purchased a duplex that required special private financing until the house was ready for a bank mortgage. Naturally, with David at the helm it went as smooth as silk. I recently wanted to buy a low priced, foreclosed home that had mold and septic issues. David took it upon himself to research all the costs that I would incur and outright refused to sell it to me to protect my best interest. If that isn't above & beyond the call of duty, I don't know what is! I have never met a person in any field of endeavor that is any more loyal, honest and dedicated. If you ask me how to spell integrity my first choice would be David Tatangelo. I am proud and honored to call him my Realtor and my Friend. His very presence makes one want to become a better person."

"I've known David for many years. We grew up together. However our friendship is not the reason I've used him for my real estate needs. If there were a more professional, knowledgeable, responsive real estate agent locally I would certainly consider using their services instead. But there is not. David is simply the best at what he does. In every aspect of my recent home sale David was absolutely top notch. It was an extremely busy and stressful time in my life. David helped to make the house sale stress free. From his initial market analysis (within $1,000 of the final sale price) to the closing on the house, I could not have asked for anything more from David. He sold the house in less than a week. He advised and made recommendations post inspection. Finally, an oversight on my part led to a time crunch when it came to moving my personal property before the closing date. David saw to it that I had the tools needed to get the move completed in ONE day. I could go on but I'll end here as my family and I will be seeking David's services again soon as we begin the search for our next home. I have no doubt I will be providing another positive review for David in the future."

"David Tatangelo has been a blessing for our family. We were in a very difficult and sensitive situation, Dave and his team took great care of us. From the moment we met and he took a look at our house, he handled our agreement with professionalism, respect, genuine care and a great understanding that can only come with seasoned experience. I had dealt with other realtors in the past and nothing compaired to the experiences we had with Dave. His focus and drive is unmatched, he was available 24/7 and went above and beyond the duties required of himself to ensure that everything was taken care of for us. He took a very difficult situation into his own hands and completely owned it. Looking back now that this is all over and I am starting a new chapter in my life, I can say I consider Dave a friend.
